Welcome to your first time log in for Cape Cod Cooperative Online Banking. If you haven't done so already, check out our helpful online banking tutorial before you get started
If you have not applied for Online Banking or Telebank, you must do so in order for us to set up access to your accounts. If you need to apply, or have forgotten your PIN/Password Information or Access ID, contact our Deposit Services Department at (508) 568-3200 or (800) 641-1100, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
If you have been provided a PIN, either previously for use with our TeleBank system, or recently in a letter in response to your application, you are ready to log on.
When you click on First Time Log On below, you will be taken directly to the First Time Log In Screen.
- Input Your Access ID and Password. Your Access ID is one of your Cape Cod Cooperative Bank Account Numbers. (Please note, if it is a Savings Account you will need to change the box which defaults to checking.) Your Password is the PIN provided to you by the Bank or the PIN you have been using for TeleBank.
- Upon typing this information and clicking Submit, you will be provided the opportunity to change your Access ID (New Access ID) to something other than your account number. The New Access ID MUST be at least 6 characters. You will also be required to change your Password. Your New Password is CASE-SENSITIVE and MUST be of 8-12 characters, at least one of which MUST be numeric.
Your Web Browsers and Security Requirements
The browsers that Cape Cod Cooperative's Web-based financial services currently support are listed below. If you have difficulty or questions, please contact our Deposit Services Department at (508) 568-3200 or (800) 641-1100, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Cape Cod Cooperative requires its financial service customers to use browsers with 128-bit encryption. Most modern browsers support 128-bit encryption. Here's how to check if your browser supports 128-bit encryption:
Internet Explorer Users (PC):
- From the top menu, click on Help.
- From the drop down menu, select About Internet Explorer.
- The information displayed for Cipher Strength is the encryption level (i.e. Cipher Strength: 128-bit).
- If it does not say 128-bit, then you do not have a browser with 128-bit encryption.
Internet Explorer Users (Mac):
- Select the Apple menu from the top of the screen.
- The information displayed for the Cipher Strength is the encryption level.
- If it does not say 128-bit, then you do not have a browser with 128-bit encryption.
Firefox Users:
- All versions of Mozilla Firefox support 128-bit encryption.
Safari Users:
- The Safari browser displays a lock icon at the top right corner of the browser window when you're viewing a secure (https://) site. This symbol is absent when viewing an unsecured (http://) site. Safari can use both 40-bit and 128-bit strong encryption; the Web site determines which level of encryption is used at a given time.
Netscape Users:
- From the toolbar menu, click on the Security button.
- Within the window displayed, from the list of items on the left side, click on Navigator.
- On the right, below Advanced Security (SSL) Configuration, ensure both the Secure Sockets Layer checkboxes are checked.
- Click on the Configure SSL v3 button.
- On the Configure Ciphers screen, ensure the RC4 encryption with 128-bit key and an MD5 MAC checkbox is checked. If this checkbox is not displayed on the screen, or it says RC4 encryption with a 128-bit key and an MD5 (when permitted), then you do not have a browser with 128 bit encryption.
If you are still having difficulty please contact our Deposit Services Department at (508) 568-3200 or (800) 641-1100, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
